What we clean
Recurring after-hours janitorial work for four kinds of building. Every contract comes with a written scope, $2M liability cover, and a correction at the next visit if anything is missed.
Professional suites and whole-building common areas — washrooms restocked, floors vacuumed and mopped, entrance glass and high-touch points disinfected, waste out. Cleaned after 6:00 p.m., so your day is never interrupted.
Nightly or 3× weekly
Lobbies, corridors, stairwells, elevator cabs, laundry, mail and garbage rooms for walk-ups and small mid-rises without an on-site super. Quoted as one flat monthly figure, with garbage duties written down rather than assumed.
3–5× weekly
Colour-coded microfibre, a Health Canada DIN-registered disinfectant held for its full contact time, and a signed cleaning log left at reception. Charts and screens are never touched. Sharps and biomedical waste stay with your licensed carrier.
PHIPA agreement signed
Banquet, community, church and legion halls. A weekly baseline clean keeps the room ready between bookings, and we turn the space around after weddings, parties and corporate nights — however late the load-out runs.

We cover all five of Durham Region's lakeshore municipalities. Routes are kept tight on purpose — short drives between buildings are what let us arrive on schedule every night.

About us
Durham Clean is run by two brothers who clean the buildings themselves. There is no dispatcher, no rotating crew and no ticket queue between you and the people with the keys.
We work with small office buildings, apartment common areas, medical and dental clinics and event venues across Durham Region — the kind of building the national firms bid on reluctantly and service poorly. We keep our routes tight so we arrive on time, and we keep our client list small enough that you always get the same two faces.
